Grade 1

This year, grade 1 students have worked on learning, or will be learning, French vocabulary through several topics. The goal in Grade One is for students to learn to recognize and appreciate the French language. My hope is that they become engaged in learning new vocabulary through topics they are already familiar with in English or in every day life. Learning to understand and speak the basics is the main focus of grade one French Second Language learning.
